Your saved research stays in your Chrome profile. The extension does not send it to Pure Green or an external service, sell it, or use analytics or advertising trackers. No account is required.
Saved research and drafts
The extension uses Chrome’s local extension storage on your device to keep the information you choose to save. This can include franchise names, financial fields, source names and URLs, excerpts, dates, research status, markets, notes, and questions.
Saving or analyzing a page creates a local draft. The stored draft is removed when it is opened in the research workspace; it becomes a saved franchise record only when you choose Save franchise. An interrupted or abandoned draft can remain in local extension storage until that data is removed.
When you analyze or save a page
When you choose Analyze this page, the extension reads the current page’s title, URL, rendered text, selected text, and relevant links. It processes this information on your device to prepare suggestions and supporting evidence.
Save this page captures the page title, URL, and the text you highlighted, or the page description when available. It creates a draft without suggesting financial fields.
The extension does not continuously monitor your browsing. It does not send page content to a remote AI service or read PDFs or text contained only in images.
Exports, imports, and deletion
CSV exports and JSON backups create files on your device under your control. Restoring a backup or importing brand data reads the file you select and merges its records locally.
Deleting a franchise removes that saved record from the extension. Uninstalling the extension removes its local extension storage, including saved records and any remaining drafts. Back up research you want to keep before uninstalling.
Files you exported and any browser or device backups are outside the extension’s control. Remove those separately if you no longer want to keep them.
Optional Pure Green links
The extension includes optional links to Pure Green’s website. These links contain campaign parameters identifying the extension as the referral source. They do not include your saved franchises, notes, questions, or other research.
Opening a link is your choice. The destination website handles visits and any information you submit under its own privacy policy and terms. The extension does not submit a franchise inquiry on your behalf.
This help website
These help pages do not use analytics or advertising trackers, load third-party fonts, or run executable scripts. Fonts are hosted on this website. The hosting infrastructure receives ordinary request information needed to serve the pages, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser request headers. Your browser may also send cookies already associated with puregreenfranchise.com when loading these pages.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website does not receive your saved extension research.

You do not need to include a research backup or private franchise notes in a support request. If you contact Pure Green, the information you choose to send is handled through the contact service you use.
