Allergen Information

We want every guest to make an informed choice. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please read this page before you order and tell our team about your allergy every time you visit.

What our menu contains

Pure Green menu items contain or may contain the following major food allergens: peanuts, tree nuts (including almond, cashew, hazelnut and walnut), milk, wheat and sesame. Many items also contain coconut. None of our standard menu items list egg, fish or shellfish as ingredients.

Shared equipment and cross-contact

Our smoothies, bowls, oatmeal and toasts are made to order in an open kitchen. Blenders, scoops, prep surfaces and utensils are shared across menu items, including items made with peanut butter, tree nut butters, almond milk and whey protein. We clean equipment between uses, but cross-contact can still occur. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free of any allergen.

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should use their own judgment about whether to order. When in doubt, we recommend choosing a sealed, pre-bottled cold-pressed juice or shot and reviewing its label.

Ingredients may vary by location

Pure Green restaurants are independently owned and operated franchises. Ingredients, suppliers, toppings and recipes may vary by location and may change without notice. Customizations and substitutions can also add allergens. The information on this page reflects our standard recipes and is provided as a general guide only.

Before you order

  • Tell the team member about your allergy when you order, in store or in the notes of your online order.
  • Ask to see ingredient information for any item. Our team can share what is available at that location.
  • Check the label on any pre-bottled juice or shot before drinking it.
