Joining is easy: simply sign up through our app, enter your contact info, and you’ll start earning Hearts right away.
How do I earn Hearts?
Members earn 1 Heart for every ten dollars spent at participating Pure Green locations.
What can I redeem my Hearts for?
Redeem your Hearts for free or discounted menu items, exclusive offers, and special member-only rewards. The available rewards and redemption levels appear in the app and may vary by time or location.
Are there membership tiers and status levels?
Yes. Pure Green Rewards features tiered status levels (Member, Silver, Gold, and beyond). Each level unlocks extra perks like faster Heart accumulation, early access to new products, and exclusive VIP rewards.
How do I use my Hearts at checkout?
When ordering on the app, you’ll see an option to apply your available Hearts toward a reward. Choose your reward, apply it, and complete your purchase — the Hearts will automatically be deducted from your balance.
Do all purchases count toward earning Hearts?
Most purchases at participating Pure Green locations and through our official ordering channels earn Hearts.
Gift card purchases may not qualify for earning Hearts.
Orders placed through third-party delivery apps may be excluded.
Taxes, tips, and delivery fees do not earn Hearts.
It takes a minimum of $10 in a single purchase to accumulate a heart.
Do Hearts expire?
Yes — Hearts expire after a set period of account inactivity (for example, 12 months without earning or redeeming). Be sure to use your Hearts and stay active to keep them from expiring.
What if my Hearts didn’t post to my account?
If a qualifying purchase didn’t earn Hearts, contact our Guest Support team with your account details and receipt. We’ll review and adjust your balance if applicable.
Can I use Hearts together with other offers or discounts?
In many cases, yes — you can redeem Hearts alongside other promotions, depending on the offer terms. Some promotions may exclude earning or redemption, so check the details in the app before ordering.
Can I transfer Hearts or share my account?
No. Hearts are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
