Pure Green Castle Pines sits right in the middle of it, a juice bar in the Village Shops serving handcrafted superfood smoothies, acai bowls, and cold pressed juice to a town that likes its mornings early and its views wide open. A short drive up Daniels Park Road brings you to Daniels Park, where a bison herd still grazes the meadows and the sunset spills across the Front Range like paint tipped over the sky. Summer Sundays bring live music to the lawn at Elk Ridge Park, with blankets spread out and kids racing the playground until the light fades. And when late August rolls around, the Village Shops host Vino in the Village, an evening where the whole neighborhood turns out to sip, stroll, and catch up.
