Twelve miles of trails run through Waterset, and somewhere around the second mile you start thinking about what comes after. Pure Green Waterset is a juice bar on Paseo Al Mar Boulevard in Apollo Beach, FL, handcrafting superfood smoothies, acai bowls, and cold pressed juice for a neighborhood that actually uses its sidewalks. Our regulars are trail walkers, pickleball players, parents mid school loop, and anybody who wants something cold in hand before the Florida afternoon gets going.
This community was built for being outside, and it shows. The Waterset Club keeps courts running for basketball, pickleball, tennis, and sand volleyball, and there is almost always a game you could talk your way into. The Lakeside pulls families to the splash pad and dog owners to the grass when the light goes gold. Second Saturdays bring Cars and Coffee, hoods up and neighbors talking. Waterset in Apollo Beach has grown fast, yet between the Landing Club, the Founder's Club, and ten-plus parks, it still feels like somewhere people know each other's dogs by name.
Mornings here have a shape. Someone finishes a lap of the Lakeside trail and comes in still catching their breath, cold pressed juice ordered before the door swings shut. Later the gym crowd from our own center arrives and the acai bowls start moving in twos. School pickup brings the real rush, a run of smoothies handed out to cars idling along Paseo Al Mar Boulevard. Come winter we catch the families driving up the road to see the manatees at the TECO Manatee Viewing Center, stopping here first because that wait goes better with something cold.

Hunting for a juice bar in Waterset? We are the storefront at The Yard on Paseo Al Mar Boulevard, a short walk from the courts and a shorter one from most of the trail network. Our menu is deliberately small. Fruit, greens, and a blender doing honest work, put together in front of you instead of poured out of a carton. Ask what is in anything and you will get a straight answer in about six words.
Walking in feels like the warm-up before a good game. Blenders spin up, the counter gets busy, and the first sip lands right about when your legs remember what they are for. Some guests are back out the door in four minutes with a smoothie for the car line, and others lean on the counter to talk through the whole weekend. The team learns your usual faster than you would expect, then starts building it before you finish saying it.
Pure Green exists to build healthier communities, and Waterset had a head start. Somebody here drew trails between the houses and put courts where the parking lots could have gone. Our part comes after: the cold pressed juice that makes a morning walk worth repeating, the acai bowls that turn a post-practice snack into something you feel good handing over. Healthier in Apollo Beach, FL looks like a neighborhood keeping its own momentum going, and we would like to help carry it.
