If it is your first visit, just say so and we will point you toward something you will actually like. That is how things go at Pure Green Parsippany, the juice bar tucked into the new town center off Route 10, a mile west of I-287 and about ten minutes from Morristown. We are a juice shop built on one simple idea, that eating well should be easy to reach and worth looking forward to.
Our corner of the township has a story worth telling. For years this was a corporate campus that emptied out and sat quiet, the kind of building people drove past without a second thought. The same ground now holds apartments, storefronts, a walkable square, and neighbors who wander down on a weeknight with nowhere urgent to be. If this side of Morris County had a soundtrack, it would be picking up tempo right about now. Mornings still belong to the tens of thousands of workers filling the office corridors along Sylvan Way and Campus Drive, but the evenings have found a slower beat, with live music in the square and kids running loops around the green. Parsippany spent a long time being a place people commuted through. It finally has a spot where people linger.
The people here match that energy. This stretch of Parsippany-Troy Hills is full of office workers hunting for a lunch that will not put them to sleep by two in the afternoon, residents who live a staircase from our door, and parents driving in from Lake Parsippany, Lake Hiawatha, Troy Hills, and Cedar Knolls after a long run of practices and pickups. We also share a walkway with a gym, a strength studio, a Pilates studio, and a yoga studio, so our afternoon regulars tend to arrive still catching their breath. Weekends bring walkers heading out to Malapardis Park and Old Troy Park, plus anyone making the short drive west toward the trails. This township eats well too, with one of the most diverse food scenes in the county, which means nobody around here is impressed by food that is only good for you. Taste is the price of entry, and we are glad to be held to it.

Some mornings call for something sharp and clean that wakes you up like the opening note of a good song. Other afternoons want a bowl thick enough to eat slowly with a spoon, the kind of thing that feels like a small celebration on an ordinary Tuesday.
