Brad Weiss is one of the franchisees behind Pure Green Cape Coral, the brand's first Southwest Florida location, at the Shops at Surfside off Veterans Parkway. The store held its grand opening in August 2022.

Before Pure Green, Brad operated Subway, TCBY and Mrs. Fields franchises in the Cincinnati market. He and co-franchisee Michael Holmes moved to Cape Coral full-time in 2020.

What sold him was the operating system: a step-by-step template he could follow, with a checklist for every stage of opening and running the store.
