Background

Parvaneh Kalantari owns Pure Green Portland in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, which opened in January 2024.

A longtime Portland realtor and mother of four, she wanted a welcoming spot with healthy grab-and-go options in a part of Southeast Portland that lacked one.

She joined Pure Green with more than one store in mind, and was already planning her second location before the first one opened its doors.

Parvaneh also serves on the corporate team as Pure Green's Head of Site Development, where she reviews site selections and letters of intent for new franchisees.
